***This is a permanent position***We have a unique opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join a world-leader in the development and manufacture of consumer products at their site near Trowbridge.Reporting into the Head of Production, you will responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the business on H, S & E best practice. You will also be responsible for reviewing H, S & E data, information, legislation etc. and communicating this to all levels of the business.As H&S Manager you'll prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy as well as carry out risk assessments, Lead in-house training with employees, record incidents and accidents and produce statistics. Lastly, you'll be involved in managing projects linked to improvement with HS&E on site.To apply for this role you must have the following experience:Managing/leading a H&S function a manufacturing/ engineering companyNEBOSH certificationProject management/ leadershipExperience of managing a facilities function would be an advantage This position would provide a starting basic salary of £45,000-£51,000 depending on experience level, plus a competitive benefits package.If you would be interested in this opportunity or would like more information then please apply with a copy of your latest CV.
