As a Data Scientist you will build insight and foresight into human behaviour through data analysis and the development of data driven computational models. The core product is a complex behavioural based modelling software which is used for the development and deployment of data-driven agent-based models used to support strategic decision making by clients worldwide.
You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and answer their questions based on statistical / modelling techniques; conduct exploratory data analysis on a wide range of data sets and communicate findings clearly. You'll drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources, cleaning, processing and re-organising data as necessary; build data driven computational simulations to predict and understand behaviour and partner with the Visualisation Team to design and create engaging and useful applications to explore model output data.

*Strong record of academic achievement; PhD preferred
*Expertise with statistics (frequentist and Bayesian)
*Experience with Agent Based Modelling (ABM); experience with large volumes of real data
*Ability to code with Python
*Experience with cloud based systems; specifically AWS and data science tools such as Redshift
*Familiar with SQL
*Love of problem solving
*Strong communication skills
