Due to continued growth they are now looking to add staff to their skilled Research & Development and New Product Introduction teams.In this role you will join a busy NPI team as a part of a larger R&D department. You will be responsible for project based work as you take products from conception through to completion. Both flexible working and remote working is available when possible, as well as a great benefits package.The ideal candidate will be an experienced design engineer with project based and NPI experience. SolidWorks and CAD experience are a must. Experience of design in plastics or moulding, of plastic enclosures or housing electronics is highly beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading company that are going through exciting growth plans. *Joining a busy NPI team as a part of a much larger R&D Department

*Project based work, taking products from conception through to completion

*Design of plastic products going into the plumbing, bathroom and shower industries

*Using SolidWorks, CAD, AutoCAD, Siemens NX / Unigraphics

*Monday to Friday days based role with flexible and remote working availableThe Person:

*A skilled Design Engineer with experience of working with plastic products. Mouldings, plastic enclosures or housing of electronics could all be beneficial

*Experience of project based work or Project Engineering. PRINCE2 or similar qualifications could be beneficial but training and development is available on this

*Experience using SolidWorks and CAD

*Experience of Fluid Dynamics at work beneficial
