IT Support - Software (Sheffield)PHP / Linux / MySQL

Interaction IT have partnered up with an expanding software business in South Yorkshire. Due to rapid expansion my client requires a 1st Line Software Support engineer.
The company is looking to expand their business and are looking for motivated individuals to join their IT support team.
Key role and responsibilities:
· Provide IP support to a range of key customers and ensure appropriate escalations of issues
· Out of hours IT support is a pre-requisite of this role as part of an on/off rota system
· Knowledge of PHP, MySQL and HTML working in a Linux environment
· Knowledge of IT, Networking and Data Connectivity
· Basic knowledge of PBX based telephony systems and Zendesk (desirable)
· Excellent communication skills and desire to learn new technology
