Join our growing team at UEA IT Services and help shape and transform the services we deliver.
We are looking for someone to lead our customer focused IT Service Desk providing first-line support to staff and students. Some of the duties include; governing the resolution of incidents; develop and manage processes; leading a team of IT professionals; coordinate consumer surveys and liaising with colleagues from a variety of departments.
You will require a passion for providing excellent customer service, and be able to continually identify and then deliver improvements to the service provided.
Experience of working within an IT Service Desk and managing successful teams is essential. You should also have a degree in an IT related subject and have an ITIL qualification, along with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to your working hours.
