My client, based in London are looking for a Head of Test to join their team and lead their Test group.

As the Head of Test you will have a number of core responsibilities that include; Overall responsibility for the Test team, driving the development of the team providing training where necessary, working alongside other Senior Managers in order to allocate resource effectively and develop the overall strategy, ensure calibration of the equipment and products, and to lead to development of the companies test facilities.

To be considered for the Head of Test vacancy you must have experience in Antenna testing, prior experience leading a team of Test Engineers, proven ability to develop project plans and plan resources and comfort in communicating with clients.
