IT Support Engineer - Rapidly-Growing Business     
Cardiff (with occasional travel to customer sites in South Wales)    
£20,000 - £25,000 DOE Plus Paid Overtime Opportunities, Pension, Expenses Paid, 25 Days' Holiday     

Our client is an innovative IT business providing a wide range of services to suit businesses of all sizes.     

The business is currently going through a period of sustained growth and, as such, is now looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers in South Wales.      

As an IT Support Engineer, you will:     

- Provide IT support to SME customers, primarily via the telephone and remotely     
- Join a small support team of four    
- Ensure that issues are fully resolved in a timely manner     
- Monitor and maintain backup and update processes     
- Occasionally travel to customers' sites in South Wales (no further than 60 minutes from the office)    

Interested? If so, you will need:     

- At least two years' IT support experience    
- Experience of providing IT support to SME customers   
- Previous experience of supporting Microsoft Windows platforms, including Windows 10  
- Previous experience of supporting Windows Server platforms, Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365  
- Practical knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches and wireless   
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own transport 

Our client is interested in hearing from candidates who have experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer or Technical Support Advisor.
