£40,000-45,000 + benefits

South East (UK) I am working alongside my Microsoft Gold Partner client who, due to continuous and exciting growth, are looking to grow their team with a permanent Customer Experience Consultant. This organisation provide high tech and innovative cloud based intranet solutions solutions to their clients across multiple and diverse industries. With this, no project will be the same and you will develop an extensive portfolio of client based experience. Additionally, this role will provide you with the opportunity to explore different avenues and will provide you with experience to open up many doors, from Consultancy to Account Management.This role will heavily involve social interaction with my client's customer base. You will be managing the whole interaction around the organisations digital intranet solution and you will hold a combination of reactive and proactive responsibilities as you will be supporting product expectations whilst hosting online training videos and posting webinars. You will be supporting all clients with the implementation and configuration and adoption of my clients bespoke digital product and will be the first point of contact for customers.You will be confident, interpersonal and keen to work in a lively environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in:A customer facing role within Digital/Intranet/SAAS SolutionsExperience managing the whole social interactionHelping improve customers product understanding and expectationsExperience building customer relationshipsExcellent written skills with strong communicationsAn interest and passion to work with technology Experience with Office 365 and Cloud based solutions beneficial This organisation are expanding year on year across multiple divisions within the business and they are very keen to on-board new talent who are keen to work hard and to become an integrated part of the team, socially.
