Application Support Analyst (SQL 1st Line). Award winning FinTech is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their fast paced, hugely successful company. You will be taking on a vital role, acting as the 1st line support between the business and technology; engaging fully with the business to understand issues and ensuring that high priority issues are resolved efficiently. Each day will bring new and exciting challenges to solve, therefore this role will suit a dedicated and passionate Application Support Analyst who is looking to develop their skills further.
As an Application Support Analyst you'll manage ongoing day to day support issues and will take ownership of investigating identified issues through to resolution. Other day to day duties will include; carrying out technical investigations to fully understand the issue, identifying and reporting software bugs and usability issues and fulfilling other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
*Good SQL skills
*Able to interpret Application and Error logs to identify issues
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Good problem solving abilities
*Excellent attention to detail
*Keen to learn new skills
*A self-starter who is highly driven and motivated
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
