1st Line Customer Support Advisor - Entry Level Opportunity

They are now looking for a 1st Line Customer Support Advisorto join their dedicated team in Windsor.

What will I be doing?
As a 1st Line Customer Support Advisor, you'll provide support to users of our medical technologies.
Working as the first point of contact for customers, you will report to the Technical Service Manager, escalate issues that cannot be resolved and complete any support admin tasks.
Additionally, your role will involve:
- Providing customers with reassurance
- Problem solving and determining the correct cause of resolution
- Troubleshooting as required
Although no experience is required, to be considered as a 1st Line Customer Support Advisor, you will need:
- A good level of IT literacy with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent email writing skills and a professional telephone manner
- A strong customer focus
- Great organisation skills
Any knowledge of ERP systems, especially Epicore, would be beneficial to your application. Previous experience in a helpdesk, service desk, call centre or technical support environment would also be highly advantageous.
