UI/UX Designer The Role:6 Month Contract likely to extend or go permSydney CBD650-850 per dayFlexible work/life balance The successful candidate will have:A relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience in IT, Design, or Communications or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and experience.Experience working with leading corporations as well as digital agencies/start-upsExtensive experience with creating and implementing design solutions for a variety of projects.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other frontend development toolsMaster in Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of best practice design principles and applicationsStrong understanding of best practice web and mobile design principles and best use of current web and mobile technologies.Ability to negotiate and influence clients and colleagues in a multi-stakeholder environment to ensure user-centred outcomes remain focal point of design processes.Experience in design across multiple channels and platforms.Experience at Agile development projects and have knowledge of contemporary industry standards, methods, innovations and platforms.
