1st Line IT Support - Greater Manchester - up to £21,000

I'm recruiting for a Support Analyst for a role based in north Manchester, they will be looking to move in to new offices in the next 6 months either in central or north Manchester.

My client are a software house who design and developer software to the financial industry and due to a growth in their business they are looking to increase head count is their support team to keep up with their growing customer base. This role will see you join a team fielding 1500 call a month and you will be expected to receive the initial query and see it through to completion working alongside development teams as well as the end client.

For this role you'll need to demonstrate a years experience in a IT support positions with a good understanding of PC and internet issues as well as a professional telephone manner. Any experience with Active Directory or working in an ITIL environment will be desirable. Long term this role can offer plenty of opportunities as this company continues to grow weather that be down the support avenue or software route.
