Desktop Support Engineer, Global client, As a Desktop Support Engineer you will work for a leading name and work in an environment where you can really have an influence on the future. My client is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer with excellent customer service skills both face to face and via the telephone. This is a excellent role working for a great client wit h the opportunity to travel both in the UK and in Europe. Key Skills: -Desktop Support-Windows XP, 7, 10-Exchange-Microsoft-Active Directory-TicketingKey Tasks: -Desktop Support -Remote support to uses based at other sites in the UK and Europe-On-boarding new starters - prepare PCs, networks etc-Decommissioning old kit - e.g servers etc-Maintaining hardware and installed PCs-Configuring, installing and troubleshooting desktop systems-Password resets-Imaging new machines
