Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer? Do you have experience designing bespoke electrical equipment?

My client are a leading player within their industry & they are now looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to be a key member in their defence department for an exciting up and coming naval project.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of PLC configuration and programming alongside a considerable Solidworks background. The successful candidate will also need experience working on 440, 230, 115 and 24V systems.On offer here is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available 3 month contract position with the view of being extended & with a great rate on offer this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known company working on a prestigious project.The Role:Determine the customer's requirement, recommend possible solutions, agree a common specification and produce a design concept to meet the company's objectives.Design and produce detailed drawings for bespoke electrical equipmentIntroducing new C&I conceptsThe Person:PLC configuration and programming experienceDesigning equipment using Solidworks (Essential)Security cleared or the ability to pass security clearance This role is immediately available so please send your CV for the attention of Jake Turpin to be considered for the role.
