Security Communications Sales Lead

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications company to recruit a Security Communications Sales Lead to work UK Wide

Field Based - UK Wide

£50k - £58k + Bonus + Car

As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 security sales account managers UK Wide motivating and developing them to succeed. You will be an inspirational leader with the capabilities to communicate across a wide variety of audiences, develop sales strategies and drive the business forward

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and develop a team of Sales Account Managers based UK Wide

*Develop effective sales strategies and deliver them bringing revenue growth to the company

*Grow a culture of engagement through effective coaching and leadership

*Identify opportunities for new business within the security market

*Develop and implement improvements across the business

You will need

*Proven track record within sales leadership and managing a sales team

*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage across all audience levels from sole trader to corporate entities

*Previous knowledge of physical security systems, security communications or IP / mobile telephony would be advantageous

*Strong ability to develop sales strategies and understand the implications of delivering it

*Strong leadership ability
