My client based in Central London is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Consultant to join them on their D365 implementation project. You'll be involved in establishing business processes and solution design, as well as playing a vital role in the management and onboarding of stakeholders and users both within and outside of the business. Key Skills & Experience:Dynamics CRM implementation experienceStakeholder management experience is required, and managing the vendor selection process is a desirable skill to have for the roleProject documentation and testing supportDetailed knowledge and understanding of all functionalities of Dynamics CRM including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact/Case ManagementHands-on experience of customising and configuring the Dynamics CRM system This is for an initial 6 month contract, however due to the scale of the implementation, extensions are likely.
