2nd Line Support Engineer (Microsoft Windows Azure AWS Cloud). Utilise and develop your 2nd Line Support Engineer skills within a challenging, fun and highly rewarding work environment where there are no shortages of opportunities to learn new skills and progress your career.

Global provider of data protection solutions is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to act as the primary on-site technical support contact for the company's client. Day to day duties will include; logging trouble tickets, escalating incidents, providing internal assistance and support to colleagues, assisting the Customer Operational Architect and ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided at all times.

You will split your time between the company's head office and the client site both based in central London.

*Must hold or be able to obtain SC clearance
*Excellent customer service and technical support skills
*Experience with a number of the following: Cloud, Azure, AWS, Linux, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft InTunes
*Strong troubleshooting skills
*A genuine interest in technology and keen to learn new skills
*Excellent communication skills
