My client are renowned for supplying design and development projects to the Aerospace industry.Due to company growth and an increase in projects, they are now looking for a highly skilled System Test Development Engineer to join their team with immediate effect on an initial 12 month contract that will likely be extended.The ideal candidate for this position will be an immediately available, System Test Development Engineer with experience within the Aerospace or Avionics sector, looking for a long term contract role. Experience with C++ and DO-254 / DO-178 is essential.On offer here is an excellent contract role with a great hourly rate working with a multinational Aerospace and Avionics engineering company that are at the forefront of their industry.The Role:Support software development on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) across the full software lifecycle.Design and development of test equipment hardware to production standards, and regulatory and safety requirements.Design and commission hardwareVerification and subsequent pro-active modification, during test equipment and test item integration.The Candidate:Test Equipment Design, Development, Integration and Commissioning.Software Development Full Lifecycle expereince in C++.Verification / Integration Management of Hardware and Units Under Test.Expereince with DO254 / DO178 ComplianceZak Stevens - Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd - RTR82164
