Working within a team of 8 engineer, you will be key in supporting a wide range of small to medium sized businesses with 1st line support Issues including; Desktops, PC's, laptops, telephones, windows, office, etc... Training and support will be offered to progress you into new cutting edge technologies and into 2nd line support (Azure/ Cloud etc).This position is perfect for someone looking to join a business that can help you achieve your goal of progressing into 2nd and 3rd line whilst receiving the best industry training and qualifications.The role:* 1st line support engineer
* Working in a Microsoft Gold Partner
* Managed Service provider
* Working with a range of different customers (small to large businesses)
* All telephone support (PC's, Laptops, Desktops, Office, Windows, servers, telephones, ITIL , Networks etc.)
* Technical progression available on new technologies and 2nd line support
* On the job and formal training offered
The Person:*A relevant IT qualification (BTEC, HND, HNC, A-level, Degree, CompTIA, CCNA, MCS. etc. )
*Good communication skills
*Looking to technically progress into new technology and 1st and 2nd line
