Infrastructure Engineer - 6 month contract - Banking

Central London

A central London based client is looking to add their existing infrastructure services team with a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to support a growing global business function.

It is essential that you have worked in a financial or professional services environment prior to this. We are ideally looking for someone that understands the need for processes to be followed in an enivroment where sensitive data is being used. You will be raising changes and completing service requests for the infrastructure team, along with providing solutions orientated engineering for issues that arise.

Essential Skills:

* Windows Servers 2012-2016

* SQL Server 2012-2016

* VMWare 6.0 (the business in question is moving to v6.5)

* SANS (Brocade)

* ITIL

There is a competitive day rate on offer for the role, and the position is for 6 months initially, with a view to extend.
