A welcoming and professional private sector business are looking to add an Analyst to their team who is skilled and experienced when working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The CRM Analyst role is suited to an Dynamics CRM enthusiast who sees themselves growing in a friendly and fast paced environment. This CRM Analyst role is available on a contract basis for an initial period of 6-months after which an extension will be considered. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and D365Strong experience in working with stakeholders to understand and define their business processes and to configure the CRM system accordingly.Providing 1st and 2nd line support alongside maintaining issue lists, change requests and supplier management for resolution in an Agile environment.Hands on experience in SharePoint, Click-Dimensions, Billing Systems Outlook integration with Dynamics CRM Interviews can be arranged within 24-48 hours of applying.
