TSSS Systems Technician - Edinburgh - 6 Months

We are seeking a TSSS Systems Technician to resolve routine problems or enquires across several products, product sets and systems or technologies for multiple customers.

You will be delivering low to medium complexity work packages as part of the customers implementation projects.

Key AccountabilitiesWorking within a team with some supervision supporting end users with technical queries relating to several products/systems (e.g. Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications, PCS).Developing an understanding of the customers' environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of the service.Following established processes/systems and recommending improvements to these as appropriate to resolve routine customer enquiries; whilst being able to document actions taken to resolve enquiries.Taking ownership for listening to and understanding the customer's problem. Escalating and/or gaining support where necessary to resolve the problem. Using relevant information to diagnose and to resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner.
