We are looking for a number of Senior Software Engineers (contractors) to join our clients development team to focus on new product development.You will be involved in every element of the software delivery pipeline, from design to deployment. Our client embraces Domain Driven Development (DDD) and believes in a Test First approach.The team is highly collaborative and fast-paced, delivering responsive API driven Web Apps using cutting-edge web technologies, supported by cloud infrastructures. To be considered for these contracts you will need to have;Experience with ASP.net and/or C# development - able to demonstrate a deep appreciation of SOLID principles.Experienced in RESTful API and general API design and development. Familiarity with Hypermedia would be great but it's NOT essential.Deep experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Knockout or Bootstrap.An Agile practitioner used to working in a collaborative fast-moving environment.Adopting DevOps - happy to get stuck into the CI & CD pipeline. Our customer uses TeamCity and Octopus Deploy, but the tools are less important than the principles!Familiar with Cloud concepts such as PaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC)This is an exciting 6 months contract which is very likely to extend.
