My client, a large educational company, is looking for a Support Engineer to join them in a school on a 2-month contract based in Salford Role Accountabilities The successful candidate will act as a Support Engineer in a school offering technical support across the entire campusYou will diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems by solving any technical issuesYou are responsible for assisting customers with PC, Server, networking and hardware problems and will do this in a face-to-faceIt will be your responsibility to make sure all SLA's are met and take ownership of user problems
