Lead UX / UI Designer (Web Front End Sketch InVision Adobe). Are you a talented Lead UX / UI Designer looking for an opportunity to work alongside a friendly, supportive and collaborative team within a fantastic working environment? Successful start-up within the InsurTech space is seeking a Lead UX / UI Designer to take ownership of the design for one of their core products. You'll be working closely with the Product Manager and BA to transfer requirements into beautiful and easy to use interfaces that reflect the brand. Other responsibilities will include; reviewing and offering guidance on the design work across the product suite, interacting with customers to understand how to improve the software products and overall taking ownership of deign from conception through to final release.

Based in London, you'll be working in modern offices with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Requirements:

*Previous experience working within a UX / UI Designer role

*Advanced understanding of visual design; typography, grids and layout

*Experience with software such as Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

*Desirable: JIRA, Confluence
