Information Management Trainer

One of our public sector clients based in the West Midlands is seeking an Information Management Trainer to join their team on an initial 4 month FTC, with the potential to be extended an additional 3 months. You will be responsible for researching, designing, delivering and evaluating Information Management training programmes. You will assess the achievement of the trainees and provide them with professional feedback, and/or development plans.

The Information Management Trainer duties will include, but not limited to:

*Researching, preparing and planning training materials according to objectives and the organisations requirements

*Preparing reports, tests and assessments on delegates as required

*Validating and updating training materials as appropriate

*Identifying and applying appropriate evaluation processes, incorporating any feedback in the planning of training

*Maintaining knowledge/accreditation and skills aligned with national, regional and local developments in computer and communication systems

*Supporting the leaning of others

As the Information Management Trainer, you will be required to possess:

*Proven experience providing Information Management training

*Training and development level 3 qualification or equivalent (CTLLS)

*Strong experience working within an information technology role

*Experience analysing learning needs, designing and delivering learning and development solutions

*Previous experience carrying out formal assessment against recognised standards

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of our top public sector clients, with a salary on offer of up to £31,000 (pro rata).

This role is on a FTC and candidates should only apply if they are able to work on a FTC basis. This role may also require some evening/weekend work dependent upon the organisations requirements.
