Spring Technology is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer who can thrive in a busy project based environment, to be based in Nottingham on an initial 3 month contract, with potential to extend. Our client is undergoing a large amount of change currently, and are looking to add an engineer to the team to provide expert knowledge in the infrastructure space.

Our client is looking to pay between £325-360 per day for this role, with a start date as soon as possible.

This is an opportunity to work with a great team in a business undergoing a number of key projects, along with some BAU work. They are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer, to provide support and project based consultancy within the infrastructure changes needed for their project portfolio. This will be a diverse, hands on role, where you will work across teams to provide support and advice within the IT infrastructure. Our client has a diverse infrastructure mostly based on Windows (Wintel) servers, along with a range of VMware products, SCCM, Exchange and Active Directory.

Essential Skills:

* Excellent history in infrastructure engineering, particularly on server side roles

* Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 set up and administration

* VMware ESXi, vSphere and VMware 5 & 6

* Exchange 2010 and Active Directory

* SCCM
