Telesales ManagerConnectivity/Networking/TelecommunicationsUp to 28k Basic Salary plus CommissionSouth of Manchester Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Manager for a Connectivity and Networking Telecommunications company based in the South of Manchester. They are looking for a salesperson with a successful track record in telecommunications, networking or IT infrastructure and is looking for their next step up into a position where you will be given the scope to manage or progress further in your sales career. You will also need to be able to commute to the office based in the South of Manchester.This role is focused on telesales so you will be need to be comfortable and experienced in calling prospective clients, thus managing the telesales aspect of the business. However, you will also be given the option to recruit someone to be managed by you, or progress up into the Sales Department. You will also need to be comfortable selling a range of telecommunications products as well as cloud solutions and networking  and knowledgeable in the industry.You will be supported by their outsourced marketing as well as a new and refreshed lead data banks to help with lead generation. They also provide outsourced training regularly as well as support from senior sales leadership to help you settle in and quickly progress in this role. Our client is also fast growing and are forecast to hit a multi-million turnover next year. They have a realistic growth plan and a very driven senior leadership team who have a wealth of experience in the market.
