Interaction IT have partnered with a leading software house in South Manchester. As part of their continued business growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Tester to join a small testing team to work on several products and applications.
You will report to the Support Manager and required to work closely with key customers, development teams and IT support colleagues to test, maintain and support the company key products and applications.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· You will provide professional and high-quality testing and support
· You will complete client queries to a high standard and within agreed deadlines
· You will have knowledge of different testing methodologies and techniques
· You will have exposure to online, desktop and APP applications
· You will have a creative approach to enhance and improve the look and feel of existing products and services
· You will be required to keep up to date with the product and its technology, suggesting improvements where appropriate
