Job Title: Cyber security consultant
Expected Contract Length: 12 months, possible extension of 2 x 6 months
Security Clearance: Due to the timescales involved only those specialists holding a Current DV, valid for duration of contract should apply. Supplier must be willing to undergo further vetting as necessary. UK National only.
Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience of working on Defence cyber programmes and cyber operations (20 points)Previous experience of intelligence support to military operations, including planning, targeting and execution (15 points)Proven experience of managing a ‘requirements lead’ prioritisation process including stakeholder liaison, triaging and elaboration. (20 points)Proven ability of developing implementation plans detailing tasks, scheduling and resources required in order to bring new functionality online within an Agile environment (15 points)Proven experience of developing military CONEMP/CONOPS and associated documentation. (20 points)Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. (10 points)Have ability to evaluate information and present in such a way that is easily understood by the target audience, including through written and oral communication (5 points)Have ability to own issues and drive them to resolution. Provide direction to inform sound decisions based on business priority and technical feasibility (5 points)Prince2, MSP (or equivalent) and experience of working within an Agile environment (5 points)Note: Must have all the skills mentioned above
