The RoleYou will be the Finance Lead taking a hands on and advisory approach to everything the business will do, using your expertise to effectively steer and grow the business.Responsibilities:Provide analytical support to ensure the Product Line achieves its strategic financial goals including portfolio balancingMake recommendations for price adjustments and changes, product life cycle adjustments, product segmentation and cost inflationReview low margin products and identify price and margin opportunities to improve customer and global product line profitabilityPerform margin and pricing analysis to support key business unit initiatives as requiredReview and evaluate P&L's, Capital Investment proposals and PFO exposureDaily, weekly and monthly review of book, bill and standard marginAnalyse actual and forecasted orders, sales, standard margin, product mix, price erosion, and ARAnalyse and model trends by customer, product family, region, market, etc.Prepare month end financial reportingAssist in other financial reporting (e.g. strategic plan or quarterly earnings)Provide financial support to Project Management teams on an ad-hoc basisSkills & Experience:Required:Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum 6 years prior experienceAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the organisationStrong MS Excel knowledge and demonstrated data analyticsExperience with data sources preferred (SAP Projects, Hyperion etc.)CompetenciesStrong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerAbility to think on your feet and deal with multiple stakeholdersTeam player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a focus on business impactHighly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure, tight deadlines and sometime ambiguityDetail-oriented, organised, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quicklyValues: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, InnovationSThree UK and Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
