Contract Project Co-ordinator Initially 6 months contract. Up to £300 p/d - 350 p/d Contract.

Essential: MS Project, Experience / knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle SDLC, prior experience in a project coordinator / project controller or Junior Project Manager role, involved in at least one significant software delivery project. Technology literate, MsOffice

Our client's business is a leading wealth management and investment company. Your role will be to maintain and ensure deliverables are met on project within your portfolio and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities sought:

*Providing full support to Project Managers and Programme Managers in the conception of projects

*Ensure that processes and project governance is effectively delivered

*You will develop, effectively maintain and improve reporting required dashboards

*Guarantee that projects provide correct, consistent and relevant data

*You will be required to impose standard reporting mechanisms on project; maintaining the reporting suite and keeping this streamline as required to satisfy reporting criteria

*Enable, monitor and manage the delivery milestones of projects

*Manage RAID logs, Action logs & Change Requests

*Consolidate current documentation to disseminate to for meetings and governance forums

*Exemplary minute and meeting management

Key Skills:

*Demonstrable experience in a PMO/ Change environment.

*Advanced Excel skills (V-lookup's, IF statements, Pivot tables etc.).

*Competent in core MS Office applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint (must be able to produce MS PowerPoint Presentations effortlessly and to a high quality standard).

*Comfortable in a fast moving environment, that requires someone who is both adaptable and a self-starter.

*Ability to turnaround minutes or presentations within strict deadlines, ensuring attention to detail is adhered to.

*Keen stakeholder relationship management skills, able to adapt approach to suit a range of stakeholders and comfortable working amongst senior stakeholders.
