IT Support Specialist - £28-30k + Benefits Included

We are working with bespoke shirt maker who is looking to take on an IT Support Specialist. You would be acting as the sole member of IT staff and would liaise with an outsourced IT Team. As mentioned, you would be the only person in the IT department dealing with 1st-2nd line support. We are looking for someone with previous 1st-2nd line experience and someone who has previously had experience working in small teams or as a sole IT member.

Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be working as the sole IT staff member and managing all IT Support calls. This can include dealing with IT Incidents and Requests via email or telephone, direct and escalate calls when required. You will be working on 1st-2nd line support during this position and escalating to a senior outsourced department when required.

There may be some travel required with this role and this will be depending on need to support, however, you will only be supporting the UK sites and there will be no need for international travel.

Salary: £28-30k
