Python Developer vacancy for our Basel based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:Profound background in Python v3.5+, Pandas, Pytest, Matplotlib as well as MS SQL Server 2016+, MS TFS 2017 and GitExperienced in test-driven development concepts and agile development methodologies such as KanbanExpertise in creating automated unit- and integration tests in compliance with using them as part of daily development workBasic knowledge of descriptive statistics coupled with front-end and back-end development experienceKnow-how of object-oriented and functional programming paradigmsLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Participating on a project for the migration of the reporting infrastructure on Pension Fund asset portfoliosDesigning and implementing an operational database solution orchestrated by Python to migrate the reporting infrastructure implemented in ExcelPerforming guided business related analysis in order to understand the business requirements of the final solutionDeveloping a solution with an external calculation application and storage of data in a designed internal database, providing calculation transformations in Python as well as quality checks on the received dataStart: ASAP
