- Developing, improving and implementing cost reduction/productivity within the business

- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives, through analysis of performance

- Shift based role - You will only have to work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week

- Working every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and then every other week alternate WednesdaysThe Person:

- From a background in Process support, Continuous Improvement, Production Processes

- Background within Optical/Lens/Lab sector would be a massive advantage

- Knowledge of software/systems for production
