Role & Responsibilities Responsible for creating the artefacts that document how a new service/ solution/ infrastructure integrates into the clients existing support models.Service mapping and ownership for all service components at a very granular level. E.g. logging, alerting.Identify the Service Owner, Product Owner and Operational owners and document the service to this level.Design support and governance, technical support and validation to all parties.Technical and Integration ResolutionProcess and service mapping supportOutputs: Technical content, supporting artefacts, Governed and Approved Designs
