Network Architect
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 3 months initial
Day Rate: £500 - £550
Network Architect - We are actively seeking a Network Architect to join a Multi-Award Winning Company based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 months. As the Network Architect you will join the Network and Infrastructure team, working alongside Project Managers and Network Engineers to create and document High Level and Low Level Designs for their WAN project.
The Network Architect needs to be an all-rounder and have a solid network engineering background. The successful Network Architect will need to benchmark solution designs with senior internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure that High Level Designs have been agreed by all parties and not be afraid to push back until the best solution is in place. This is an excellent opportunity for the Network Architect to join a project in its infancy phase and be able to share and influence your opinions.
Key Skills for the Network Architect:Solid Network Engineering background.Proven experience creating and documenting High Level and Low Level Designs.Worked with a number of 3rd party suppliers and able to push back when needed.Worked on Cisco, Huawei, Juniper migrations and consolidations.TDA experience is essential.Solid experience engaging and managing stakeholders and 3rd party VendorsExcellent communication skills are vital.
