Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a SAS Analyst to join our client in Birmingham on a 3 month initial contract, with potential to extend further. Our client is a leading financial organization, who have big plans for growth over the coming years, SAS is a core component in their business, with uses in marketing and credit risk, you will an important player in working within the data office to aid their growth plans.

If you are skilled with SAS (Base, 9.2+), which is used in their credit risk and marketing functions, then our client would be interested in hearing from you. Our client is looking for you to extract data, quality and sanity check the data, along with potential data manipulation. You may also be required to use SQL, Excel and Oracle where necessary, however the SAS platform holds most of the data as it stands.

Experience:

* Strong technical proficiency in SAS (Base, 9.2+) - Developing processes, extractions and reporting

* Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and Excel

* Able to monitor existing processes and rectify issues where needed

* Precise approach to work
