Senior Planner - Central London - Commercial Fit Out Projects - £80,000 plus benefitsProject Resource has been approached by an esteemed client to find a Senior Planner to work in Central London. The projects this company work are commercial fit outs and refurbishments up to the value of £50m.You will be joining a company that works nationally across the UK on a great variety of projects, one of the leaders in its field. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure work on excellent projects for a rewarding company for the foreseeable future. The ideal candidate should have;- In depth knowledge of pre-construction processes;- Understand and be used to working with NEC forms of contract;- Excellent proficiency with ASTA Powerproject;- Previous experience working on high specification commercial fit out projects;- Previous experience monitoring and running with a plan stand-alone;- Previous experience with both Cat A and Cat B fit out work. RemunerationThe salary for this position is up to £80,000 plus an excellent benefits package, possibly more for the perfect candidate.
