A Global Recruitment company are looking for a Benefits Administrator to join them in an exciting phase of development, getting hands on experience with UK and International benefit schemes, working with Key stakeholders across the business.

As Benefits Administrator you will assist with a variety of projects and engage with a range of external suppliers to ensure that we are providing our staff with the best benefits!

This is a fast paced team that interacts with many business areas on a daily basis including other (global) HR teams, Finance, IT and Directorate, meaning that opportunities to cross train are readily present.

There will be a detailed induction process, with a wealth of up to date process guides and close support from the manager to ensure that processes are quick to learn and easy to follow.

This role of Benefits Administrator would suit someone who has strong administration experience and is keen to take on a new challenge, there is a strong scope for independent working, owning the administration and taking on challenges. There will be lots of interesting projects relating to legislative updates, business change and development of the Benefits brand, therefore someone with an interest in going beyond their own knowledge and willing to learn is key.* Working on a range of UK and International schemes such as: Pensions, Share Schemes, Salary Sacrifice Scheme i.e. Cycle to Work, Private medical schemes etc.

* Maintaining employee records, ensuring SAP hold the most up-to-date information

* Ensuring all input for benefits are completed accurately and on time

* Following robust checking procedures

* Contact with business partners to ensure benefits are delivered on time and accurately recorded

* Liaise with Suppliers to ensure operational needs are met and to coordinate employee engagement events

* Compliance with company procedures

* First line contact for employee queries via phone and email

* Management of the employee Self Service requests

* Ensuring Service Level agreements are met

* Escalating concerns to line manager

* Assist with a range project work ensuring projects are delivered to time

* Assist with reporting and data analysis when required

* Cover other departments within the department functions when required

* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

* Good level of IT literacy especially Excel

* Competent oral and written communication skills in English,

* A willingness to learn new tasks

* Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands within the business

* Ability to balance priorities to achieve results

* Able to work with discretion and uphold confidentiality

Desirable:

* Knowledge of rewards and benefits - desirable

Qualifications:
