Role Title: Migration Lead

Location: Central London

Outside IR35

Duration: 6 Weeks

A exciting oppourtunity for an experienced migration lead to work in a team alongisde the other memebers of the migration team to effectively migrate data into a Office 365 format.

You will become the subject matter expert for data deletion or migration queries from the network to Office 365.

Skills and experience required:

* Proven ability to form effective working relationships with key customers, stakeholders and colleagues within a complex management structure

* Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to explain technical issues to non technical people

* Demonstrates good planning and organisational skills to prioritise to meet deadlines and cope with fluctuations in workload

* Effective team working skills to ensure constructive use of everyone's skills and experience within the team

* A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non technical audiences.

* Demonstrates an ability to develop, implement and improve processes

Desirables:

* Proven experience of undertaking large scale document migrations in enterprise environments, into Office 365. Carrying out both coordination and migration from various data sources.

* Ability to gather information and process data from different sources, analysing and interpreting that data to help make decisions.

* Good understanding of the various available tools for migration into Office 365, preferably ShareGate and Proventeq.

* A broad understanding about the concepts of working with Cloud technologies, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 technologies (especially SharePoint Online
