ICT Support SCCM and Windows 10 vacancy for our Basel based client in the telecommunications sector.Your experience/skills:2+ years' working experience in ICT supportExpertise in SCCM as well as Windows 10 computers and softwareOnsite and 2nd Level Support practiceLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Managing Windows Server and Client environmentBeing responsible for upgrades and engineeringFulfilling 2nd Level Support and ensuring onsite supportIdentifying potentials for improvement of the service and providing expert supportStart: ASAP
