Mechanical Design Engineer position on offer with a market leading company that can offer extensive product training and technical development in a creative environment.Are you highly proficient in using Solidworks? Do you have a good understanding of Mechanical Engineering and the ability to create innovative solutions?Established for over 30 years, this company are world leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist instruments for a variety of global markets. Due to ongoing expansion through their loyal client base, they are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their highly skilled engineering department.In this role you will be involved in bespoke mechanical design, product design and product development. This will be for a wide range of products for numerous clients. This is a varied position that can offer excellent opportunities for further technical training and career development opportunities. You will have opportunities to gain experience in other departments within the company as you learn.The ideal candidate will have regard themselves as an expert in using Solidworks. You will have broad mechanical understanding relating to manufacturing and materials. You will be motivated for technical progression and further training.The Role:

* Mechanical Design Engineer (Solidworks)

* £40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Technical Progression + Benefits

The Person:

* Highly Proficient using Solidworks

* A good understanding of Mechanical Engineering

* Must live within a commutable distance of Aldermaston
