Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Solidworks - Specialist Machinery / Equipment A key account of Progressives are looking for a Senior mechanical design engineer on a 6 month basis, starting ASAP based near to Oxford. The details of the role are below:Overseeing the mechanical design systems and componentsMajor focus on jigs, fixtures and toolingTake a hands-on role in the design process, as dictated by expertise level requirements and workload constraintsProviding leadership to other members of the Mechanical Engineering teamDemonstrable experience of playing a leading role in contributing to projects to develop complex high technology machinery and systemsKnowledge of automation systems and robotics
