Role: Product Analyst

Start Date: June/July

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: LondonWe are currently working with one of the top 5 largest IT service providers in the world for a large scale project that requires an experience Product Analyst with thorough understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies and mapping approaches.The Product Analyst collaborates with Business Architects, other technical SMEs as well as business SMEs to interpret business requirements into system requirements.ResponsibilitiesInterpretation of a products' solution design and business requirements to deliver robust and traceable technical / system requirements, in line with design standardsProducing detailed technical/system functional and non-functional requirements that are aligned to practice standards, including integration and platform alignment to meet agreed definition of done criteriaReview and quality assure artefacts (code and/or configuration changes) created by external suppliers and internal teams ensuring the quality of the delivered solution to fulfil business and non-functional requirements and adhere to technical designsMapping requirements and designs into releasesProviding traceability of technical requirements and functional specifications by designing and delivering test phases to ensure successful outcomesAssist with the infrastructure impact assessment as part of investment case preparation. The Product Analyst must have experience 5-7 years, performing the above accountabilities and responsibilities.The Product Analyst must have substantial experience, 5-7 years, working as a technical or product analyst.The Product Analyst must have substantial experience, 5-7 years, in producing technical designs based on a solution design to affect changes to business systems, following agile methods.The Product Analyst must have experience of working within major corporate or government IT environments working with 3rd party or offshore suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality builds.The Product Analyst must have relevant product Strategy/ Roadmap / Systems delivery experience and knowledge of a product or range of technology products and trends.The Product Analyst must have an up-to-date understanding of best practice in technical design and build, including a broad understanding of DevOps tooling.The Product Analyst must have substantial experience, 5-7 years, of technical and functional design of relevant products.The Product Analyst must understand architectural concepts, methodologies and mapping approaches.The Product Analyst must have the ability to interpret and apply business design and functional requirements.The Product Analyst must have substantial experience with formal development methodologies and Agile practises having worked in DevOps, Scrum and Kanban environments.The product Analyst must be able to operate at SFIA level 4.The product Analyst must have experience in mapping data flows.The Product Analyst must have expert knowledge of data analysis techniques, process mapping and promotion of improvement/lean techniques.If this role sounds Ideal for you, please apply via CV today!
