Business Change Manager

£60,000 - £70,000 + perm benefits

A global leading organisation based in London is currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to be at the heart of transforming their growing organisation. The Business Change Manager will be involved in shaping and delivering change management across one or more transformation programmes making up the portfolio. Ideally we are looking for a highly driven, adaptable and passionate business change expert who is focused on delivering business outcomes across one or more transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

*Identify and ensure engagement and management of key stakeholders to ensure adoption of change management within the business whilst understanding business priorities and their impact.

*Delivery of change management plan and all associated activities

*Ensure the change management approach minimise disruption and maximise colleague adoption of project solutions through application of high quality change management techniques.

*Liaise with Change Training Lead and Change Communications Lead to ensure alignment of change management solutions and maximise consistency and reusability of materials, where appropriate

*Input portfolio learning's into the Change Management Capability and Toolkit including incorporation of lessons learned

*Ensure key change management principles are adopted

*Work with portfolio project/programme managers to ensure all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet the project milestones and achieve the desired benefits

*Ensure the business engagement is undertaken with appropriate stakeholder management.

*Facilitate high quality detailed impact assessments providing insights to training needs analysis and appropriate interventions.

*Prioritise activities to ensure critical deliverables are achieved

*Ensure embedding of change into BAU with robust handover that ensures the change is sustained and benefits realized. Ensure the transition of training, change and communications materials to the business teams and BAU post go-live

*Create Change Networks and leverage from any existing networks

*Provide appropriate updates to key stakeholders, escalating as necessary

Knowledge and Experience

*Extensive experience across multiple change programmes, preferably across global businesses

*Excellent Stakeholder management

*Excellent interpersonal skills and cross- cultural awareness

*Experience of facilitating workshops

*Comfortable with dealing with challenge and resolving conflict

*Influencing and empathy skills
