DescriptionAble to run diagnostics and interpret manufacturers management tools to determine route cause and resolve technical issuesFamiliar with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management) industry best practiceCapable of undertaking manufacturers patching regimes and proactive remedial work to ensure infrastructure integrityYou will be part of a 5 person support team responsible for ICT integrity within a secure Command and Control facilityKey skills:ICT Infrastructure Support Operative with working knowledge and experience of some or all of following manufacturers equipment -Dell/EMC Enterprise Storage Arrays and management;Cisco Networking Switches & Routers and management;HPE X86 Severs including Industry Standard DL Servers, Blade Chassis/management, x86 desktop/Laptop and managementVMWare VirtualisationSystem BackupSecurity
