Helpdesk / 1st Line Support, As the Helpdesk Engineer, this role will give you the opportunity to work with a global leader in their helpdesk team. The Helpdesk Engineer will also have the opportunity to be involved in project work such as a Windows 10 deployment. This role is paying between £100-£120 per day. This role will help you develop your technical knowledge as well as customer facing skills.The client has a windows-based environment but have a small number of users that have Mac's. The client has circa 400 users in their Edinburgh office.
Key Skills: -Helpdesk/1st Line support-Windows desktop knowledge-Desktop-Microsoft -Tickets
Key Tasks: -Working on tickets-Being the first point of contact for users (circa 400)-Setting up new devices for users (laptops etc) -Track and report resolution of tickets -Project work - windows roll-out
