Process Improvement Specialist - We are actively looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join a join a Global Insurance and Financial Company based in Hertfordshire for an initial 6 months. The Process Improvement Specialist will be driving process improvements and implementations to improve the Customer and Business experience.The Process Improvement Specialist will need to produce documentation such as process maps, measures and risks. The Process Improvement Specialist will need to manage the process improvement pipeline throughout the teams, therefore stakeholder management is essential. The Process Improvement Specialist will need to have solid experience delivering large scale change programmes, ideally within Finance and Insurance. This is and excellent opportunity for the Process Improvement Specialist to join a renowned company and make your mark.

Key Skills for the Process Improvement Specialist:Proven experience implementing and improving processes especially within large scale change programmes.Lean/Six Sigma Certified.Previously worked in Finance/Insurance.Solid Stakeholder Management.Excellent communication skills are vital.
