IT Business Analyst - Central London - £60,000 plus benefits Our client is one of the world's most recognisable luxury high end retailers and department stores. StrategicThe Business Analyst is responsible for analysing and modelling existing and future optimal state business processes our client Operational The Business Analyst may use modelling tools such as Visio, or the Task Recording & Task Guides capabilities of Dynamics 365 for Operations to document the current state of business processes as well as the desired future state.The Business Analyst may also be responsible for modelling future business processes after they have been defined in the High Level and Detailed Analysis of Business Processes activities in the Diagnostic and Analysis phases.People & Collaboration The Business Analyst is responsible for knowledge transfer to the relevant application expert, reflected in the relevant Functional Design Document for any customisation required by Fortnum & Mason.The Business Analyst will support the Key Users during the execution of the System Integration Testing and the User Acceptance Testing activities. Experience required Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry, preferably within the Retail sectorExperience in business analysis and business change; formal business analysis qualifications preferredExperience of gathering and documenting high quality business requirements (functional and non-functional)Proven experience of working closely with business stakeholders to transform business processes and drive efficiency and deliver robust and efficient solutions particularly where there are complex multi-system dependencies
